Evaluate your thought patterns and train your brain to respond in helpful and empowering manner. Through coaching, you can step into your light and power, and live a life of courage and strength. We will look at your cognitive processes and see how your thinking is impacting your choices, attitudes and behaviors. I draw from my training in life coaching, narrative psychology, behavioral analysis and positive psychology to help you move toward action.
Become a more engaged, connected and patient parent. There are so many complicated and competing schools of thought regarding parenting practices and philosophies, let me help you navigate your parenting journey with grace and love. I want to help you find joy in family life through targeted interventions utilizing both principles of thought and behavioral analysis. Together, we will tailor a plan that works for your child and children, as each individual responds differently to internal and external rewards and consequences.
In youth sessions, children learn to explore their feelings, thoughts and actions. We will discuss how our awesome brains work, how to think with a growth mindset, and how to handle big emotions. We can address school, social, family and community issues and give them the tools to overcome challenges. As parents, it can be so difficult as you see your child struggling. Knowing that each child is unique, I will also send home tools for families to utilize as they help their children learn and grow. This service is perfect to pair with parent coaching!
I offer a variety of academic assistance for children with learning differences such as Dyslexia and Dysgraphia, including Alphabet Phonics and Handwriting without Tears. Utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis and developmental psychology to boost your child’s sense of worth, they will grow and excel as we work through proven techniques and strategies that they will use for a lifetime.
